There’s a lot of fitness advice out there, but not all of it is good advice (especially for scoliosis). When you’re trying to find the right routine for your curve, it can be overwhelming. All of that stops you in your tracks — and prevents you from finding a strength-building routine that can reduce pain and prevent your curve from worsening.
That’s why during this challenge, we’re going to walk through the seven fundamentals of fitness routines for people with scoliosis! Each day will include a short easy-to-understand lesson, taught by a licensed Physical Therapist who also has scoliosis (and experience coaching clients who do too!).
You’ll get helpful tips and ideas for your workouts, plus a mini-challenge to complete each day — and our team of scoliosis specialists will be there to support you inside our special challenge Facebook Group (participants only)! Each day will start at 10 am ET in the group, and the recording will be available to anyone who can’t make it!
The challenge is geared towards those with scoliosis, but we invite anyone with kyphosis, osteoporosis, and spinal fusion to join us as well!
DAY 1 CLAIM YOUR CURVE
Get an intro to the different curve types and learn starter exercises for each type.
DAY 2 STRONG ARMS
Learn the foundations of upper body exercises that can help support your spine.
DAY 3 STACKED LEGS
Learn how lower body strength can help with mobility and pain management.
DAY 4 UNILATERAL STRENGTH
Learn how to use single arm or leg exercises that can help balance your muscles.
DAY 5 CORE CONTROL
Learn how to strengthen and stabilize your scoliosis with the right core exercises.
DAY 6 MOBILITY AND STRETCHING*
Get an overview of stretching with scoliosis and learn what’s best for your curve.

DAY 7 PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
It’s time to learn how to train, rest, recover, and adapt to become a stronger you! Learn how to build a detailed strength plan that feels right for your body and your schedule.
You’ll have access to our challenge Facebook group where we’ll post each day’s exercises and where you can check in with our team/other participants and stay accountable! You can also drop videos of you trying the exercises — and get real-time feedback from our scoliosis specialist coaches. You can also ask questions about the live topics.
