There’s a lot of fitness advice out there, but not all of it is good advice (especially for scoliosis). When you’re trying to find the right routine for your curve, it can be overwhelming. All of that stops you in your tracks — and prevents you from finding a strength-building routine that can reduce pain and prevent your curve from worsening.
That’s why during this intensive, we’re going to walk through the fundamentals of fitness routines for people with scoliosis! Each day will include easy-to-understand lessons, taught by a licensed Physical Therapist who also has scoliosis (and experience coaching clients who do too!).
You’ll get helpful tips and ideas for your workouts, and our team of scoliosis specialists will be there to support you IN PERSON!
The challenge is geared towards those with scoliosis, but we invite anyone with kyphosis, osteoporosis, and spinal fusion to join us as well!
DAY 1 CLAIM YOUR CURVE - 9AM - 3PM
We'll spend our first day helping you classify your curve, learning techniques for propping and positioning, and practicing scoliosis-specific exercises for your individual curve.
DAY 2 GET SCOLIOSIS STRONG - 9AM - 3PM
We'll spend day two going over strength training exercises with scoliosis and how you can incorporate your specific correction into your strength routine!
