Book a virtual consultation with a licensed physical therapist who is experienced in helping patients with scoliosis, spinal fusions, and other back/neck/spine-related issues.

The real kicker? Our PT has scoliosis herself, and she knows just how important custom plans are for your health and happiness.

What to expect...

During your call, we’ll go over your x-rays (if you have any), talk about your curve, and show you how to create a customized plan for managing your scoliosis through stretching and strengthening exercises.

Each call is 1-hour long, and you will have our full, undivided attention. We'll meet via Zoom and spend time teaching you about your curve, answering questions, and helping you to tailor your current exercise program.

This is intended to be a supplement your current exercise routine. If you need help with your entire fitness program and support/accountability, our Scoliosis Strength Program is likely a better fit.

What we'll review...

  • Your X-Rays: You’ll email copies for your x-rays, if you have them, before our call. We’ll discuss what the x-rays show and particulars you should watch out for.

  • Your Curve: We'll help you analyze your curve and learn your standing postural correction to add to your routine

  • Creating a Custom Plan: We'll start you with 3-5 exercises that you can add to your current routine to help make it more scoliosis-specific!

What happens after the session?

We'll send a follow up form with a summary of your curve and videos of the 3-5 exercises to get started with. From there, you can integrate those into your routine, or roll into our 1:1 Coaching in the Scoliosis Strength Program.

And of course, we’re always here to help with any questions you may have. You can schedule an additional call with us whenever you need.

Where should I be for the Zoom call?

Please be in a space with ample space to move around and a good WiFi connection.

Will this cure my scoliosis?

Scoliosis is a lifelong condition and while there is no cure, there are many things we can do to alleviate pain, improve appearance, and help with self-confidence. This program is designed with your goals in mind, whatever those may be!

Can I do this program with a spinal fusion?

Absolutely! We also accept clients with spinal fusions into our program. We will customize your program based on your surgery and where you are in the stage of your recovery. 

Is this a physical therapy session?

Although Beth is licensed as a physical therapist, this virtual session is not a physical therapy session. For more information on physical therapy (only available in NY or CT), please email [email protected]
