Each course is built with self paced lectures and exercise demos so that you can build your own routine with the confidence that it’s safe for scoliosis or spinal fusion. Starting with an introduction to the mechanics of scoliosis, then learning about how specific exercises for scoliosis can help you feel stronger, more confident, and reduce pain.
